The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse problems. The institution is located in Uddevalla. **Job Description** We at Ljungbacken are expanding from one HR Generalist to two; be part of our journey of change! The role is part of SiS's new organization aimed at achieving a more equitable and efficient working method throughout the organization. As an HR Generalist at the institution, you will support managers in creating the conditions necessary for them to fully excel in what they do best. In this role, you will work operationally and broadly across the entire HR field, which includes recruitment, systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, competence development, labor law in terms of conditions and agreements, as well as union negotiations. You will collaborate with various professional groups within the institution, within the authority, and also with external stakeholders such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. We use Primula and Reachmee, among other systems. **Qualifications** To perform the job effectively, we require the following: - A degree in Human Resources or a related field from a university that SiS considers equivalent, comprising at least 180 credits. - Experience in broad operational HR work. - Good knowledge and current experience in labor law advisory. - Experience in recruitment. - Experience in providing managerial support on all HR-related issues. - Good knowledge of work environment legislation, systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes. - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge and experience in public labor law are advantageous. Experience in competency-based recruitment is also a plus.
