About this role

Do you want to help shape the workplace of the future in an innovative and globally operating organization? About the Position Starting in January 2026, we are seeking someone to fill a temporary position where you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with HR issues. You will be a key person in attracting, recruiting, and developing talent, while also supporting the HR manager in broad HR initiatives. The role is diverse and varied, with ample opportunity to influence and drive development. The client has their office centrally located in Stockholm, and the assignment is expected to last until August. Responsibilities • Recruitment & Onboarding: Own and develop processes to attract and introduce new employees • Competence Development: Lead initiatives for learning and development, including training programs • Employer Branding: Proactively work to strengthen the employer brand • HR Processes & Projects: Contribute to developing and streamlining the HR structure and drive HR projects • Employee Engagement: Promote an inclusive culture and strengthen core values • Analysis & Follow-Up: Monitor HR key metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making Suitable Background We are looking for someone who has: • A couple of years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably with a focus on recruitment and development • Confidence in working both operationally and strategically • A good understanding of business-driven HR initiatives • Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English Personal Attributes The right person for the role is communicative and has an easy time building trust and relationships throughout the organization. With an analytical approach, you identify needs and translate insights into concrete HR initiatives. You thrive on taking initiative, working independently, and simultaneously collaborating closely with others. Your curiosity and desire to develop drive you to constantly seek improvements – both for the organization and yourself.
