About the Department
The HR Department (J1) consists of an HR Manager, HR Generalists, Recruitment Coordinators, Work Environment Coordinators, and Regional Pastor. Together, we work operationally, tactically, and consultatively across the entire HR area regarding issues such as personnel supply, personnel development, wage formation, compensation matters, etc., and provide management support to all managers within the Northern Military Region. The work is varied and involves significant responsibility.
Main Duties
As an HR Generalist, you will also support managers in implementing rehabilitation work and handle employment law issues. The work involves providing consultative support to unit managers. You will assist HR coordinators with agreements, compensation, and benefits for the Home Guard, as well as support recruitment. Other work within various personnel function processes may occur. Collaboration between departments takes place in the headquarters where you contribute an HR perspective.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
• Academic degree in HR, or another degree deemed equivalent by the employer, or work experience assessed as equivalent
• Several years of HR work experience
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
• B driver's license (manual transmission)

High integrity is essential. Your work style should be clear and structured, and you must be able to work independently and drive processes.
MERITS
• Current and relevant experience in rehabilitation work
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite
• Current and relevant experience driving HR issues/work in government or public sector
• Current and relevant experience working with Swedish Armed Forces systems (PRIO, VIDAR)
