Responsibilities
As an HR generalist student, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating central HR processes. Work tasks will vary depending on current projects and deadlines but may include:
• Employee surveys
• Coordinating HR projects
• Payroll administration and expense management
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
• Are studying HR, personnel management, or a similar field with at least 50% course load
• Have at least 1 year remaining in your studies
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Are structured and detail-oriented, enjoying collaboration and supporting colleagues
• Experience in similar HR and/or coordination roles is meriting
