About the role
As an HR Generalist, you will have a varied and developing role where you work both operationally and supportively with HR-related issues. You will be an important support for leaders in the organization while also working closely with employees in daily HR tasks.
Responsibilities
• Support managers in personnel and labor law matters
• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding
• Assist in workplace environment efforts and rehabilitation processes
• Drive HR administrative tasks, such as contracts, personnel records, and reporting
• Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and policies
• Participate in HR projects and organizational development initiatives
We are looking for someone who
• Has post-secondary education in HR, human resource management, or equivalent
• Has at least 1–3 years of experience in broad HR work
• Is self-driven, structured, and has a good ability to prioritize
• Enjoys working in a changing environment
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Has a professional and service-oriented approach
