JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Expert in the Stockholm region, you will be an active and driving force in our HR team, working proactively with your colleagues to support regional managers in their daily work and decision-making. You will play a key role in our regional support by offering consultative and coaching support in various matters related to individual cases, misconduct, work environment, labor law, and salary revision.
In the role of Regional HR Expert, you will have the opportunity to work strategically on overarching issues at regional and national levels, as well as handle practical and operational matters in close collaboration with managers and employees. Your responsibilities include being a proactive and solution-oriented HR expert for managers in their daily work, providing support in individual cases, misconduct, reassignment/personnel management, salary setting, and rehabilitation processes. You will also be involved in driving and conducting training initiatives in areas such as work environment, labor law, wage formation, and management introduction, to strengthen managers' skills and confidence.
You will contribute to developing an inclusive workplace culture where we collectively promote a positive and effective work climate. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's strategies and policies are complied with and developed, and that current agreements and legislation are applied correctly and clearly.
Within Business-Oriented HR, you will also be part of national networks focusing on areas such as work environment and employer support. These networks offer a forum for experience exchange and learning, providing you with opportunities to continuously develop and contribute to improving our processes and methods. We Are Seeking Candidates Who Have:
• Academic degree in HR or work science, or other education deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Several years of experience providing independent and comprehensive consultative HR support to managers in an HR specialist role or equivalent
• Experience in developing support materials in the HR area
• Excellent ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
It is Meritorious if You Have:
• Worked with wage formation
• Worked with the entire rehabilitation process
• Worked with workplace culture in a larger organization
• Experience in HR work in public sector, preferably government
• Experience handling individual cases, such as misconduct
• Experience in HR training
• Worked with proactive work environment initiatives in a larger organization, preferably 24/7 operations
• Experience creating reports, statistics, and other decision-making support materials
