We are seeking an engaged and service-oriented HR Contact Support for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg!
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners. You will answer inquiries via phone and email and contribute to creating smooth solutions through self-service portals and digital HR tools. Your work ensures that HR processes run efficiently and that employees have a positive experience with HR support.
Work Tasks
• Provide HR-related support via phone and email
• Support employees, managers, and HRBPs with HR issues
• Ensure correct handling of personnel data
• Contribute to the development of self-service portals and intranet
• Provide information about HR policies, salary matters, and benefits
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
We are looking for someone who has:
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative HR work or similar service function
• Experience providing support via phone and email
