**About the Position**
As HR Manager with us, you will have a broad and responsible role where you lead and develop the entire HR function – both strategically and operationally. You will be part of the management team and a key person in driving work in areas such as:
• Labor law and union collaboration
• Leadership development and competency strategy
• Work environment, collaboration, and corporate culture
• Change management and organizational development
• HR processes, routines, and policies
You will work closely with our operations managers and project leaders across the country – including at our industrial projects at OKG, Forsmark, and Ringhals. The role therefore involves some travel and significant collaboration – where you actively strengthen HR's role as a support and partner to the business.
The position is based in Norrköping, and you will report directly to the CEO.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR, personnel, or labor science and several years of experience in broad HR work. You have previously led HR functions or teams and thrive in an environment where both strategic thinking and practical implementation are important parts of everyday life. Experience with technical agreements and/or construction agreements is an advantage.
You have:
• Documented leadership experience in HR
• Good knowledge of labor law, union collaboration, and work environment
• Ability to drive change and development work
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (B category)
