Your Role
You will have overall responsibility for the HR processes within the company, which, in addition to Mora, includes a unit in Kungsör. The role spans both strategic and operational aspects: from driving leadership and cultural issues to being a present support in daily operations for managers and employees. Furthermore, you will ensure that collective bargaining as well as the interpretation and application of laws, agreements, and policies are handled uniformly.
The role consists largely of operational HR work while you actively contribute to the management team. We expect you, in addition to providing genuine HR expertise, to leverage the opportunities of digitalization regarding efficient working methods and communication channels. You will report to the CEO and be part of the company's management team. To succeed in this role, a high presence on-site in Mora is required.
Your Profile
You have experience from a similar HR role and leadership in some form. You have experience in change management and are driven by the desire to contribute to a work environment where both people and business develop together. Experience from a production environment and working in a management team is advantageous, but most importantly is your willingness to grow and contribute with your expertise.
