About this role

Do you want to be part of building one of the new regiments that the Swedish Armed Forces have been tasked with establishing? The government has decided to increase defense capability by re-establishing several regiments. The Bergslagen Artillery Regiment, A 9, in Kristinehamn is one of them. The regiment will be responsible for training two to three artillery battalions, among others, for the brigades in southern Sweden. We are now seeking an HR Manager for the Bergslagen Artillery Regiment, A 9. **Main Responsibilities** The HR Manager will lead the HR work at the regiment. The mission is to direct, drive, and implement HR issues. The HR Manager will be involved in developing, planning, and following up on HR activities. Primarily, the HR Manager works strategically but also operationally based on the needs of the organization. The role includes collaborating and negotiating with employee organizations on HR-related matters. You will also serve as the head of the HR department. Health promotion and physical training are a natural part of the work for all personnel in the Swedish Armed Forces. **Required Qualifications** - Academic education in Human Resource Management or equivalent education/experience deemed relevant by the employer. - Solid experience in qualified HR work in a leadership position and good knowledge of labor law. - Experience in management and/or leadership. - Competence in salary reviews, personnel security, and personnel economics. - B driver's license. **Meritorious** - Current experience with the Swedish Armed Forces. - Negotiation experience within government operations. - Experience and knowledge of SAP/PRIO. - Experience and knowledge of VIDAR. **Personal Attributes** To thrive in the role of HR Manager, it is important that you are attentive and have an easy time building trust.
