All development work - from product development, logistics, and warehousing to marketing - takes place in Svenljunga, just outside Borås. We are seeking an unpretentious and business-driven
HR Director
Blåkläder is a growth-oriented entrepreneurial company, which is well reflected in our culture and values. We fundamentally like to keep things simple, collegial, humble, and unpretentious.
Position
As HR Director, you will be involved and driving the growth journey of Blåkläder. You are responsible for developing and implementing Blåkläder's HR strategy and are expected to actively contribute to the company's development. You will develop and implement key HR processes and guidelines across all HR areas. You will develop and lead the work on Blåkläder's values, company culture, and employer branding.
You have a strategic overall role, while simultaneously supporting managers at a more operational level in areas such as recruitment, negotiations, reorganizations, skills development, talent management, and joint development programs. The position also involves being a support to country managers outside Sweden, helping them develop their organizations from an HR perspective.
As HR Director, you report to the CEO and are a member of AB Blåkläder's management team. You are responsible for a team of four people. The position is located at the headquarters in Svenljunga.

You are a driven person who thrives with both strategic and operational challenges. You are unpretentious, down-to-earth, and have a good ability to create trust among both management and employees.
We want someone with strong business acumen and customer focus, clear leadership combined with significant personal ownership. You are a communicative and solution-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate across all parts of the organization. You have experience managing different competency areas for a project.

Educationally, you likely have a university degree or other relevant education complemented by substantial work experience. You have relevant IT skills and are proficient in the Office suite. Since we are an international company, we expect you to master Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
