At Underwater Systems (UWS), a part of Saab, we are now seeking an HR Business Partner who wants to contribute to shaping the future of HR work in a rapidly growing organization. Your Role As an HR Business Partner with us, you will have a broad and developing role with a strong focus on the production organization. You will become a strategic partner and culture bearer - with the mission of contributing to learning, engagement, and long-term sustainability in a growing organization. You will work closely with our managers and support the entire HR lifecycle - from recruitment and skills development to labor law, leadership, and organizational development. The role also includes: * Leading and driving HR activities according to the annual cycle * Analyzing trends and data to drive development * Strengthening our ability to attract, develop, and retain competence * Contributing to an inclusive culture with pride in what we do * Maintaining good relationships with union parties * Ensuring work environment and health in line with our values You will become part of our HR team in Linköping, consisting of three people, and will also be part of the larger Kockums HR team with approximately 15 colleagues - a network characterized by collaboration, participation, and a desire to develop together. We at the Underwater Systems business unit within Kockums design, develop, and build the coolest unmanned underwater systems in the world. Always with the goal of protecting people, society (and seas). We are a leading player in the field with a product portfolio ranging from state-of-the-art torpedoes and military and commercial ROVs to autonomous vessels (and more). Your Profile We are looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and curious - with experience in comprehensive HR work, preferably from industry or production environments. You thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with operational efforts and create structure in a developing organization. We believe you have: * Academic education in HR or similar field * At least three years of experience in comprehensive HR work * Good knowledge of labor law and experience coaching managers * Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have worked with talent and performance management as well as data-driven HR work. You will report to the HR Manager. The role involves some travel between our locations, and a driver's license is therefore a requirement.
