Do you want to help create the future of Roxtec? We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment at Roxtec in Karlskrona. The assignment is a temporary position for approximately 1 year, starting in March 2026. Examples of responsibilities:
* Provide support and act as a sounding board for managers on HR matters.
* Participate in driving recruitment processes and be responsible for the administration and follow-up of consultants.
* Manage parts of our onboarding process for new employees.
* Develop our student relations and represent Roxtec at fairs and other external activities.
* Participate in change initiatives and development projects within HR.
We believe you have:
* A relevant university degree in HR, human resources management, or similar.
* Some experience in HR work, e.g., through internships, part-time jobs, or previous positions.
* Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
* An interest in working in an international environment.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is self-driven but enjoys collaborating.
* Has a structured approach to work and a genuine interest in people.
* Is curious, unpretentious, and willing to challenge - with care.
The position is based at Roxtec's headquarters in Karlskrona, and you will be employed as a consultant through Jefferson Wells.
