Join Our Team
As an HR Business Partner, you are the link between the business needs and HR's specialist functions. You work both strategically and operationally, supporting managers throughout the employee journey. Your role is crucial in translating the business's plans into effective people strategies and sustainable results. As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of a wonderful People team where we work cross-functionally within the Business, Core, and Development & Growth teams. We are currently looking for a colleague to be based at our site in Brunna, Stockholm.
About the Role
Do you enjoy being close to people and the pulse of the business? As an HRBP with us, you do not work remotely from reality – you are right in the middle of it. This is real HR work! The site employs 450 staff, most of whom are involved in operational activities. You thrive in situations where questions arise on the spot, and where your support makes a direct difference. To succeed, you need to be confident, experienced, and fearless. This is not an entry-level HR position, nor is it a role for someone who prefers a calm office environment. However, it is the right role for you if you gain energy from dialogues, problem-solving, and the everyday small and large challenges.
You will coach and support leaders in developing their leadership skills and building strong, sustainable teams, as well as driving and implementing initiatives in culture, leadership, competence development, recruitment, engagement, and organizational development.
Other common tasks include:
- Serving as an important advisor on labor law issues and ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Contributing to continuous improvements in processes, working methods, and organizational structure.
- Supporting managers and leadership teams in both operational and strategic matters.
- Taking initiative, driving issues independently, and working towards clear and measurable results.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident in their profession and in themselves. You have a genuinely positive view of people and approach both managers and employees with respect and curiosity. You are brave enough to have difficult conversations when necessary and communicative enough to do so in a considerate and constructive manner. You are proactive, curious, and driven by the desire to contribute to development – both for the business and for the people within it.
The role requires several years of experience in a similar position, and it is highly advantageous if you have experience in a similar industry with many scheduled roles. You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems and have a good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and experience.
We Offer You
PostNord TPL offers you work in a dynamic and change-oriented environment at one of Sweden's largest workplaces. We have good pension benefits, wellness grants, and employee benefits through PostNord's own employee foundation, PostNordPlus, and there are excellent development opportunities.
We Deliver
We are responsible, courageous, and engaged, and we lead change effectively whether we are leading ourselves or others. We encourage teamwork, honesty, and positive relationships in the workplace. We build on our successes and learn from both colleagues and mistakes. People from diverse backgrounds work with us. Therefore, you will be part of a workplace with great diversity, contributing to better results for the business.
