About the Role The HR team currently consists of an HR Director, three HR Business Partners, and two payroll specialists. We are now expanding with an additional HR Business Partner to meet the organization's needs and strengthen the HR team's capacity to contribute to organizational goals. We are a tight-knit group working closely together and maintaining extensive contact with the rest of the organization, especially its leaders. As an HR Business Partner at Möller Bil Sverige, you will have a wide range of HR responsibilities, including: • Building trusted relationships with organizational leaders and supporting them in managing employee relations and organizational challenges and opportunities • Developing our workplace culture through employee and leadership development • Working with labor law and union collaboration • Developing, planning, and leading training and workshops • Operational recruitment and strategic talent acquisition and employer branding • Managing on-, cross-, and offboarding - both practically and administratively • Working with workplace environment and rehabilitation • Participating in salary formation processes and salary reviews • Analyzing HR data to provide decision-making support for organizational leaders The most important aspect of your work is collaborating closely with organizational leaders and independently guiding and supporting them. Your days will rarely be the same, which is exactly how it should be when working as an HR Business Partner. The role involves a mix of daily operational issues, combined with the opportunity to take a strategic view and develop HR matters. The distribution is approximately 50-50, and it's important that you're comfortable with this mix to meet expectations. In many areas, we work closely with the group's HR organizations in Norway. You will be located at our headquarters in Uppsala, where we primarily work on-site. The position involves some travel to our facilities in Mälardalen. Qualifications and Experience • Driving license (B) is required • Several years of experience in a similar role - such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or equivalent • Relevant higher education in HR/Personnel Administration or equivalent • Experience working in environments with collective agreements, independently handling labor law issues and union collaboration Meriting Factors • Experience with leadership and employee development • Experience with change management/change projects • Proficiency in various HR systems and digital tools, preferably AI in HR Will You Be Our Next Colleague?
