Billerud is now seeking an HR Business Partner for the Skärblacka mill. As an HR Business Partner with us, you will play a key role in supporting, coaching, and inspiring our managers in their daily leadership. You will work on HR matters concerning the entire employee journey and its processes—such as labor law, labor relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with our performance and talent management processes. An important part of the role is to assist our managers at Skärblacka mill in translating the company’s goals and strategies into concrete and relevant initiatives in their daily work. Your main responsibilities will include: • Managing HR processes from start to finish in line with our HR strategy and HR wheel, where you will be a close, proactive support to managers on issues such as change management, personnel matters, rehabilitation, and staffing. • Supporting managers in labor law matters, negotiations, and union contacts. Ensuring harmonization and simple administration of agreements, as well as providing clear guidelines and regular training for managers. • Inspiring and guiding managers in working with performance and talent management. Working on organizational development, skills development, and issues central to HR. • Being an ambassador for the company and promoting HR’s message in everything we do. The role is based in Skärblacka with good commuting options from Norrköping and Linköping. You will report to the HR Manager of Skärblacka and be part of the local HR team, while also collaborating closely with HR at our other mills and centrally within Billerud. Qualifications To succeed in the role of HR Business Partner, we see that you have: • A college or university degree with a focus on HR or equivalent qualifications. • At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role. • Strong digital system skills and knowledge of HR systems. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • A valid driver's license (B category). • Experience from the industry and/or larger companies with established HR processes is a merit.
