Within Modine's Global Power & Process business area, we contribute to this purpose by developing and manufacturing products that help improve indoor environments and reduce water and energy consumption through our industrial applications. Global Power & Process has 150 employees, and the role is located in Söderköping.

About the Role
• As an HR Business Partner, you will primarily work with competence management in the following areas:
• Company Recruitment Process: You will independently drive the recruitments for which you are responsible and have a good understanding of a process-oriented approach to recruitment.
• Company Competence Development Process: You will ensure that employee discussions are conducted qualitatively and that managers understand the importance of goal breakdown and employee development plans.
• Performance Management: You are comfortable and confident with labor law issues and can handle various personnel matters independently.
• As an HR Business Partner, you are expected to be very comfortable supporting and guiding the organization from an HR expert function according to our processes.
• Based on your background and ambition, we will jointly decide if you will focus on specific departments within the company.
Your Profile
• You have a university degree in behavioral science and/or organization, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• You have at least 5 years of experience working as an HR generalist or specialist in the areas we are seeking.
• You are confident as a person, exercise natural leadership, and have the ability to meet people based on their conditions.
• You are curious and analytical and use data to evaluate your work.
• You have a very good understanding of HR administration: flow between HR and payroll, correct data for various systems, headcount reporting, etc.
• Meritorious, but not required, is experience with HR issues in one or more industrial companies and experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
