HR Business Partner Do you want to help shape the future in one of the Nordic region's leading corporations? We are now seeking a results-oriented and operational HR Business Partner for Nobina – one of Sweden's largest public transport companies. In this role, you will help create future sustainable transportation for over a million people every day. With us, you'll have a business-close and practical HR role where you work closely with our managers, primarily in southern and western Sweden. You will regularly travel to our traffic areas and be the one who makes HR work truly impactful by working closely with the operations and focusing fully on creating results. Your Role As an HR Partner, you are an integral part of our HR team while being a key person in our operations to achieve our common goals. You will be responsible for supporting multiple traffic areas, creating conditions for both employees and the business to succeed. You will work comprehensively across the HR area, with a special focus on hands-on support in areas such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, skills provision, and personnel balance. You'll become part of an engaged and supportive HR team where we have fun together, while independently driving close and operationally adapted HR support for the line organization. The position is based in Solna, where we have new, fresh offices with access to a gym and pool. The role involves regular travel to our traffic areas in southern and western Sweden. Example Work Tasks: • Support our line operations with comprehensive development and progress in the HR area through hands-on work, appropriate tools, and proactive approaches based on operational needs • Support management in operational HR issues, such as labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, recruitment, and other areas that ensure we maintain the right personnel balance • Contribute to developing data-driven HR working methods with a focus on goals, follow-up, and business benefits • Continuously develop HR working methods together with the HR team Who We Think You Are You are structured, pedagogical, and have a results-oriented approach. You are a skilled communicator, working independently and result-focused to achieve our common goals. To Succeed in This Position, You Have: • At least 4 years of HR experience from operational environments; experience from shift or 24/7 operations is highly meriting • Proficiency in handling labor law issues of varying complexity and experience with union collaboration • Previous experience in workplace environment work from operational environments • Experience working with data-driven goals, KPIs, and HR reporting • Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Why Nobina?
