Job Opportunity: Junior HR Assistant in Solna
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Junior HR Assistant for an exciting assignment in Solna. This part-time role is expected to start on 2025-11-24 and continue until 2026-08-31.
About the Assignment
Our client is in the process of building a completely new HR function, and you now have the chance to be part of it from the start. This role is perfect for students in HR or Personnel Management who want to combine studies with practical experience in an international environment.
As an HR Assistant, you will support daily HR work and assist managers and employees across several HR core processes. You'll work closely with two senior HR colleagues and have the opportunity to participate in development projects. The work involves handling administrative tasks, working in various systems, and managing large amounts of information – therefore, it's important that you are structured, meticulous, and eager to learn.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be involved in shaping something new.
Additional Details:
• Start Date: 2025-11-24, or as soon as possible
• End Date: 2026-08-31, with potential extension
• Scope: 2-3 full days/week, flexible during exam periods
• Location: Solna, Stockholm
• Possible 50% remote work
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory:
• Studying Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant university education
• 2-3 semesters into studies
• Available to work 2-3 full days per week (flexible during exam periods)
• Able to work on-site in Arenastaden, Solna (approximately 50%)
• Previous work experience (not necessarily in HR, but preferably from service industries)
• Fluent communication in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Interest in digitalization, AI, and efficient working methods
Preferred:
• Experience working in HR
