About the position: We are seeking an HR Manager who not only handles traditional HR tasks but also wants to contribute to building our brand, both internally and externally. You will play a central role in developing people, culture, and communication. You will help create a workplace that inspires and attracts new talents. Responsibilities: • Drive and develop the strategic HR work that supports our growth. • Create an engaging onboarding program that provides new employees with an inspiring start. • Take responsibility for profile the company, both as an employer and brand. • Develop and lead our social media strategy to strengthen engagement and visibility. • Contribute to a culture that promotes creativity, participation, and long-term success. • Coordinate recruitment, schedule interviews, and follow up on the process from start to employment. • Act as the company's link to trade unions. Desired qualifications and characteristics: • Experience in HR, recruitment, or Employer Branding. • Knowledge of labor law and relevant legal frameworks. • Experience in MBL negotiations and collaboration with union representatives. • Good knowledge and experience in applying and interpreting collective agreements (e.g., Teknikavtalet, IF Metall, and Unionen). • Proficient in social media platforms and knows how to create engaging content. • Have structure, execution ability, and the ability to build processes that grow with the organization. • Communicative, inspiring, and confident in the role of ambassador for the company. • Possess a creative and strategic mindset.
