We conduct education and research across a broad spectrum of computing science. The department is involved in several national and international research projects, which creates a significant need for HR support. The position is full-time and a temporary appointment starting February 1st or by agreement, until September 11th, 2026. Job Responsibilities: As an HR Administrator, you will have a broad and independent work area requiring good communication skills and structure. Your primary tasks include: - Administrative support during recruitment. - Personnel administrative tasks related to doctoral education, such as calculating doctoral time, preparing activity reports and individual study plans. - Employee onboarding and offboarding. - Issuing certificates to employees. - Managing hourly wage employees and teaching assistants. - Managing scholarship holders. - Vacation administration - Other recurring personnel administrative tasks at the department. You will be part of the department's administrative support function led by an administrative manager and work closely with the department's two HR coordinators. Job responsibilities may change over time. Qualifications: - We are looking for someone with at least a high school diploma focused on personnel issues or equivalent, and several years of experience in personnel administrative work. - Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written, as communication with international employees is common. - Good IT skills and experience working with HR systems. Merits: - University degree in HR management or equivalent. - Experience with HR work in universities, government agencies, or other large and complex organizations. - Knowledge of university organization and regulations. - Experience working in an international context. Personal Qualities: - You are service-oriented, meticulous, and structured. - You have good collaboration skills, take initiative, and have strong planning abilities. - You work independently and take responsibility for your work.
