About this role

Consultant assignment as HR Administrator/HR Generalist with a focus on payroll administration, HR support, and employee matters. Start immediately, assignment lasts until April 2026. ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for an HR Administrator/HR Generalist with a focus on payroll for a consulting assignment that extends until April 2026. The role is broad and varied, where you will become an important part of the HR team and work on everything from payroll preparations and basic HR administration to employee inquiries and contract management. You do not need to be a dedicated payroll specialist, but experience in payroll work is highly advantageous. It is important that you thrive in a role where you are expected to take on both large and small tasks and contribute with structure, quality, and suggestions for improvement. The assignment will be performed at our client, a company at the forefront of environmental innovation with approximately 200 employees today. RESPONSIBILITIES The role involves a wide range of tasks within HR and payroll administration, where you will handle both routine matters and more complex issues to ensure effective processes. * Prepare payroll data for external payroll processing * Collect time reporting information * Manage and extract HR data from the Alexis system (e.g., sick leave, personnel statistics) * Administer time reporting and pension information in various systems * Handle and respond to employee inquiries * Draft employment contracts and manage work permits WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Has a background in finance or dedicated HR. - Has extensive experience in payroll administration and payroll preparations. - Has solid experience in HR administration. - Has relevant experience in HR with a good understanding of labor law. - Has advanced knowledge of Excel. - Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you are - Development-oriented with the ability to suggest improvements and automations.
