Your Future Challenge We are seeking a structured and service-oriented HR Administrator for our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering our internal and external training. As an HR Administrator, you will have a broad and developing job with many internal and external contacts. You will be a key person in ensuring that our training efforts work, from planning and booking to follow-up and documentation. Work Tasks: - Responsible for ongoing administration of training within the organization. - Coordinate training efforts in collaboration with HR colleagues, managers, and training providers. - Maintain ongoing contact with training participants and external providers. - Follow up on training activities, compile statistics, and contribute to reporting and evaluation. - Support the HR department in strategic skills development work by providing administrative documentation and process improvements. - Support other administrators in the company and perform standard administrative HR tasks. Who You Are We are looking for someone with relevant administrative education at high school or post-secondary level. You have a good ability to work systematically, independently, and with high precision, and express yourself fluently in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. We prefer candidates with previous experience in training administration, HR administration, or similar work. Experience from manufacturing companies, industry, or similar operations is meritorious, as this background provides valuable insight into our specific needs and work processes. Knowledge of HR processes, skills development, and organizational structures is also meritorious.
