About this role
We are looking for someone with an interest in HR administration, a service-oriented mindset, and a desire to develop alongside other HR colleagues within SLSO's area of psychiatry and habilitation.
As an HR Administrator within SLSO's area of psychiatry and habilitation, you will be placed in one of our eleven facilities in Stockholm County. You will be part of the overall HR organization with 30 HR colleagues, and your immediate supervisor will be the HR Manager for psychiatry and habilitation. The HR organization across SLSO is led by the HR Director and comprises approximately 70 HR employees.
The role of HR Administrator involves numerous contacts with managers and employees, both within and outside the organization. Initially, the placement will be within Psychiatry Southern Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
As an HR Administrator, you will have varied tasks and be part of a team that supports managers within the organization. The main responsibilities include administration related to recruitment, employment contracts, and other matters associated with hiring. Ongoing management of employment changes, preparation of statistics, payroll administration, and record-keeping are also part of the role. Additional responsibilities include managing personnel records, administrative tasks related to HR processes, and surveys conducted throughout the year. There is also the possibility of a broader area of responsibility based on needs, interests, and competencies.
We are looking for someone who:
- has education in the HR field or equivalent qualifications
- has experience and interest in working with HR administrative systems
- has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable working independently with your own responsibilities and be able to structure and plan your work. You are meticulous, have a flexible approach, and find it easy to collaborate and build good relationships.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the HR and payroll system Heroma and experience in healthcare.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
