Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will be the face of the People & Culture team and the primary point of contact for employees on all personnel-related matters. You will be crucial in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.
Your main tasks include:
• Payroll Administration: Support the comprehensive payroll process and ensure its accuracy, integrity, and timely reconciliations. You will work closely with finance, legal, and payroll providers.
• Administration and Compliance: Prepare and distribute key HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, offers, addendums), ensuring all documentation complies with data protection standards and is managed in organized personnel files.
• HR Data and Reporting: Act as a data guardian by maintaining high-quality employment data in the HRIS (Workday). You will provide insights to management through monthly and quarterly reports and lead data-driven projects to streamline reporting capabilities.
• Employee Support: Provide comprehensive support to employees and managers throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will also serve as a resource for case management regarding payroll, benefits, and policy interpretation.
This role reports to the People Platform team, and you will closely collaborate with colleagues in P&C, Finance, and IT.
Qualifications
We are looking for an HR Administrator with a strong background and a keen eye for detail. The role requires you to be comfortable working autonomously while having a collaborative work style to succeed in the client's fast-paced global environment.
Mandatory Requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience in an HR role within a fast-paced global organization.
• Solid experience working with HRIS, Workday, or equivalent systems.
• Understanding of Swedish labor law and regulations.
• Documented experience supporting HR's operational lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Ability to diagnose and create solutions for both employees and managers.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Preferred:
• Experience working with the Nordic region.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond English.
