Job Description Focus areas of the position: • Work environment and health • Work with workplace issues, rehabilitation, and wellness • Labor law and agreements • Ensuring that operations comply with labor laws and collective agreements HR Responsibilities Tasks involve supporting Tyresö Parish in systematic workplace environment work to achieve a satisfactory work environment and prevent ill health and accidents. This includes supporting the parish rector and managers in: • Implementing and following up on workplace and employee surveys • Review and implementation of parish policy documents • Salary revision, such as wage mapping • Issues related to working hours, such as scheduling Qualifications: • University degree in personnel science, behavioral science, or similar • Knowledge of labor law and collective agreements • Good communication skills and integrity • Interest in working consultatively and strategically with HR issues We place great importance on personal suitability and prefer candidates with previous experience in the Church of Sweden.
