**About the Position**
This position is part of ASSA ABLOY’s "Hangar and Large Application Doors." As HQSE Manager with us, you will play a central role in developing and ensuring the company's quality and operational systems. You are responsible for keeping our ISO certifications as well as environmental and occupational health routines updated and functioning effectively, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to lower quality costs and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
The role involves leading process owners, planning and conducting internal and external audits, and ensuring that routines and systems meet applicable laws and requirements. By analyzing quality costs, developing action plans, and leading major quality initiatives, you will create long-term results using relevant tools and methods.
A key part of the mission is to strengthen collaboration between different functions within the organization to contribute to shorter lead times and higher internal customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for workplace and safety efforts, which includes safety rounds, work in our safety committee, and the company's safety reporting via the IA app.
In addition, you will drive the work with environmental certifications and sustainability reporting – an opportunity to actively contribute to ASSA ABLOY's green development and future sustainability initiatives.
**Who Are You?**
We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or an equivalent technical background. You have experience in project management, good knowledge of ISO and quality systems, as well as a strong technical understanding. It is advantageous if you can read electrical and mechanical drawings. The role requires excellent language skills in both Swedish and English, high computer proficiency, and a B driver's license as travel is part of the position.
Furthermore, we seek someone who is communicative with the ability to make complex issues understandable to others. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, have good administrative skills, and enjoy creating order and clarity. As a person, you are quality-conscious, analytical, results-oriented, and driven to achieve set goals. We also see that you are pedagogical and have good collaboration skills.
