O'Learys Tolv Stockholm Eventcenter is one of Europe’s largest sports bars and a place where you can eat, drink, and have fun all at once. We have a complete activity center featuring everything from underwater-themed bowling to adventure golf with life-sized Stockholm scenery. We are currently looking for two Head Waiters to strengthen our team! We always strive to exceed our guests' expectations and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. **Qualifications**
We are seeking individuals with extensive experience in the restaurant industry who feel comfortable managing a service station, jumping into the bar, or supporting the events department. You have completed a STAD training program and have previously worked as a Head Waiter with responsibilities. Coaching a team to manage a full restaurant is something you have experience with, and we expect you to be computer savvy. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have strong English skills. Of course, you also have good knowledge of food and beverages.
Previous experience with O'Learys operations or other franchise businesses is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you have completed a leadership training program and have previously worked in Caspeco.

**About the Role**
As a Head Waiter, you will act as the right hand of the restaurant manager and run your shifts independently or together with another Head Waiter. The job involves supporting the restaurant manager in operating the unit as optimally as possible according to our concept, considering both guest satisfaction, staff needs, and the restaurant’s finances.
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing the restaurant according to given directives.
- Leading the staff during your shift and managing the evening flow.
- Being primarily responsible for guest satisfaction during your shift.
- Ensuring that the cash system, payment terminals, and other technology function during operations.
- Ensuring that routines are followed in the absence of the restaurant manager.
- Handling problems that arise during operations and involving necessary parties to resolve the situation.
- Actively working in operations and supporting staff where needed, such as a bartender, server, and activity host.
**Employment**: Permanent position (starting with a 6-month probation).
**Scope**: Part-time 75%.
**Start Date**: By agreement.

- Varied working hours; there will be daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
