Our Boulebar in Örebro is looking for: Shift Leaders
We are seeking Shift Leaders. In this role, you will lead the team at the restaurant and be responsible for the operations during your shift. You will ensure that all employees understand what is expected of them and that each individual has the opportunity and space to grow. We believe that you share our view that service is always the priority and that you genuinely love working with people.
Here we have listed the qualities and experiences that are important for us to thrive together:
- You have a strong ability to lead a team during service
- You are accustomed to welcoming guests and ensuring that their entire experience is enjoyable
- You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to maintain a holistic view of the restaurant
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the role of Shift Leader or a similar leadership position
