About the Position This role is something truly special. You will be fully responsible for the entire Villa, which means caring for the team, meeting our guests, and ensuring the house is well-maintained. You'll have support from a strong YSB team and other central specialists, and will report directly to the management group.
The position is largely operational, based in the dining area where you'll work closely with your team and our guests. This should feel like coming home, where everything is thoughtful and prepared, from the moment you glide into the parking lot until you leave with a coffee and freshly baked cinnamon roll, all to ensure our guests can't wait to return. Here we know our guests' names and are well-informed to provide a personalized welcome.
The role is part of our AC group, which includes all our leaders and specialist roles. We meet monthly to challenge each other in leadership, support challenging issues, and inspire one another with a leadership focus.
Who Are You? First and foremost, hospitality must be in your DNA, with curiosity and authenticity permeating both your leadership and guest interactions. You have a background either from the kitchen or dining room, but no one can mistake your passion for taste and experience, both on the plate and in the glass.

Employment Type: Permanent with 6-month probationary period
Start Date and Salary: Salary according to agreement, start date by arrangement
