**JOB DESCRIPTION**
At Hjortsjöskolan 7-9, we are seeking a teacher for instruction in Swedish. You will plan, conduct, and evaluate your educational work in accordance with the applicable curriculum and governing documents, as well as perform other tasks typically associated with the profession. As a team member, you can expect close collaboration with qualified colleagues, the student health team, and present leadership, along with guidance, ongoing professional development, and significant influence and participation in our development and change efforts both within subject teams and the overall staff.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone with strong competencies who is interested in learning and school development. We expect you to approach challenges and pedagogical issues in an open and innovative manner and contribute your skills to the entire team. In the classroom, you are a clear pedagogical leader who fosters trust, engagement, safety, and accessibility. You are expected to work from a subject-didactic perspective, for which you will receive introduction and training upon starting. Collaborating and establishing good relationships with students, guardians, colleagues, and external partners is essential in your role. You will document and follow up on each student and maintain ongoing dialogue with students, subject teachers, mentors, and guardians. You are a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach Swedish. We place great importance on your personal abilities.
