Help us keep the city safe this winter - work as a snow plow operator

**Your Responsibilities** Do you want to be part of a wonderful team that ensures the properties in Växjö are safe and accessible during the winter? We are currently looking for flexible and dedicated snow shovellers to assist with manual snow removal around various properties. This is a perfect part-time job for you who want to combine physical activity with other commitments. Perhaps you are an active retiree who enjoys fresh air? Or a student with a flexible schedule who can step in on short notice? As a snow shoveller, you will work alongside others but often carry out your tasks independently. The work is on an as-needed basis – sometimes quickly and unexpectedly – and you will be contacted via phone, text, or app. Assignments may arise both during the day and at night, depending on the weather conditions. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who is flexible, quick to adapt, and not afraid of physical work. You thrive outdoors in fresh air and have a good basic fitness level. It is important that you can step in on short notice – sometimes even at night – when the snow falls. The work takes place during the coldest part of the year, from week 49 to week 10. You will be provided with clothing and equipment suitable for winter conditions, and you will play an important role in keeping Växjö's areas safe and accessible.
