We are seeking a driven and flexible personal assistant for a 19-year-old girl living with her family in a house on Hasslö, Karlskrona. She has several interests such as swimming, listening to music, walking, and having coffee. As a personal assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating her daily life. You need to be confident, have a warm approach, and be able to adapt to her needs.
The position is 75% with a fixed schedule, primarily day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Job Responsibilities Include:
• Assistance with personal hygiene and care
• Basic household tasks
• Support during social activities and leisure interests
• Communication support for healthcare contacts
• Assisting during meals and pool visits
• Help with dressing and undressing, and during exercise
• Support with mobility
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, it's important that you are calm, positive, attentive, creative, outgoing, and active. You should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and take significant responsibility in your role.
Necessary Qualifications:
• Ability to swim
• Tolerance for pet animals
• Driver's license and access to own car
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Position Details:
• Start Date: By agreement
• Employment Percentage: 75%
• Contract: Introductory period and approximately one month of hourly employment before regular employment percentage is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel comfortable and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work Shifts: Day and evening shifts, including weekends
