About this role
We are currently seeking elevator technicians for a family-owned company with extensive experience in elevator installation and modernization. Are you handy, enjoy tinkering, and want a job where you can travel and see different parts of Sweden? Then this is the position for you!

What does the role involve?
As an elevator technician, you will:
• Install, modernize, and set up elevators at various construction sites across the country – from Ystad to Umeå
• Work in teams of at least two people with varied assignments, including new builds and renovations
• Participate in weekly Monday meetings for planning and deviation reporting
• Handle both mechanical and simpler electrical tasks, and document the work
• Carry materials and install elevators, frames, and doors
This is a physical and varied job where you see the results of your efforts immediately. You'll start from the office on Monday morning and typically work away until Thursday, with Friday off. Travel, accommodation, and transportation are coordinated by the company.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who:
• Is practically minded and enjoys hands-on work
• Has a B driver's license and is flexible about traveling for work
• Takes responsibility for their work and is committed to doing a good job
• Is social, solution-oriented, and thrives in a close-knit team
Previous experience in construction, installation, or similar trades is a plus.

The company is a small family-owned business with around 20-25 employees who are passionate about craftsmanship, technology, and quality. It employs everything from young technicians to experienced professionals with long industry experience. You will initially be employed as a consultant through 2Complete, with good opportunities for permanent employment with the company.
