Our rental station at Landvetter Airport is now seeking reinforcement in the form of a service-oriented Car Rental Agent/CSR (Customer Sales Representative) who wants to join an exciting development journey. The role of Car Rental Agent/CSR is varied, with your main mission being to take care of our customers and cars, both of which are always in focus. You play a crucial role in the customer's rental experience, from the moment they pick up their car until its return, where your customer interaction is decisive.
You will help the customer throughout their car rental, such as:
- Receiving bookings & inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Renting out cars & creating rental agreements
- Simple financial accounting
- Daily planning of the station's available vehicle fleet

A requirement for the position is a B driver's license and being proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We also believe you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems.
