About Us
Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned company that has been in operation since 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.
Nordisk Hemservice has agreements with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we adhere to established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.
Good quality in care is important to us. Our goal is for all our customers to feel satisfied and secure with our care. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, district nurses, and Advanced Home Care (ASiH), we can develop and tailor care to individual needs.

Qualifications
• Experience in the service industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in caregiving
• Care and nursing education of at least 800 points
• Good physical condition as the job involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting

Job Responsibilities
Working in home care means you will work independently with significant responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing caregiving work in customers' homes such as:
- Personal care (assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).
- Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
- Accompaniment (accompanying customers to activities outside the home).
After each visit, you will make thorough documentation and time registration in a mobile application, and you will travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.
Visits to customers take place from 07:00 to 22:00, every day of the year. We prefer that you are flexible and can work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
We would like you to be able to work between 70-90% and not have other employment.
