About the role
As a coordinator, you are a key person in our organization. You are responsible for the daily planning of home care services and ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time. The role involves close contact with staff, nurses, case managers, patients, and their relatives.
Your main responsibilities:
• Create and adjust daily schedules and routes
• Receive and manage urgent changes in planning
• Ensure good communication with staff, patients, and their relatives
• Quality assure documentation and follow up on implementation plans
• Support the staff group in daily work
• On-call/standby in emergencies
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and has a genuine interest in elderly care. You thrive in a role with leadership and patient contact, and you find it easy to handle changes.
Qualifications:
• Education in healthcare and social care or equivalent experience
• Experience in home care or similar services
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with digital planning systems
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Category B driver's license
