Job Responsibilities
As a nurse, you are responsible for patient care. This means independently assessing, planning, and organizing medical and nursing interventions. You will be responsible for guiding, educating, and delegating nursing staff. You will work in a person-centered manner, involving patients in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the patient's care team.
You will regularly collaborate with primary care from a patient-focused perspective. You will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders according to the healthcare agreement involving region, municipality, and primary care to meet individual care needs.
Qualifications
We are seeking a registered nurse with at least two years of work experience. Additionally, you have:
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Insight into current legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
• Good digital competence
• B driver's license
• Good cycling skills
Additional merits include:
• Work experience with individuals with mental health issues, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or dementia
• Work experience in municipal healthcare
• Specialist education in relevant areas; elderly care, medical nursing, psychiatric further education, or district nursing
• Experience collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks
• Knowledge of documentation software Procapita

Job Details
We are currently seeking nurses for day and evening sections. In the day section, you will be based at one of our eight sections within Malmö City, and the evening section is based at Storgatan 20. Work hours are scheduled for day shifts 07:00-15:30, evening shifts 14:30-23:00.
