Job Responsibilities
As a district or specialist nurse, you are responsible for patient care. This involves independently assessing, planning, and organizing medical and nursing interventions. You are responsible for guiding, educating, and delegating nursing staff. You work in a person-centered manner by involving the patient in decisions and collaborate closely with relatives and the patient's care team.
You will regularly collaborate with primary care with a patient-focused approach. You will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders according to the healthcare agreement involving region, municipality, and primary care to meet individual care needs.
Qualifications
We are seeking a district or specialist nurse in elderly care, medical nursing, or psychiatry. Additionally, you have:
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of current legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
• Good digital competence
• B driver's license
• Good cycling skills
It is meritorious if you have:
• Work experience with people with mental health issues, psychiatric diagnoses, and/or dementia
• Work experience in municipal healthcare
• Good experience collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks
• Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita

Job Information
We are currently seeking district or specialist nurses. For the day section, you will be based at one of our eight sections within Malmö city, and the evening section is based at Storgatan 20. Work hours are scheduled daytime 07:00-15:30, evening 14:30-23:00.
