At Åbykulle, we are looking for a dedicated and flexible employee for a full-time temporary position in our Daily Activity (DV) program in Hölö. Here, we work to create a safe, developmental, and rewarding everyday life for our main participants – individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities and significant care needs. We are seeking someone who wants to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our main participants and who shares our values of respect, care, and commitment. Main Responsibilities: • Support main participants during their daily activities and be a present guide. • Assist in the operation of DV and participate in the planning and implementation of the program's activities. • Attend morning gatherings and weekly wrap-ups. • Contribute to creating a positive and developmental environment for the main participants. Who are we looking for? You are a confident person who has the ability to show respect, empathy, and responsiveness. You are clear and structured but can also be flexible in your working style and can handle stressful situations where a fast pace may occur. As an employee in DV, you will work closely with our main participants and support them in their daily activities. You will be involved in creating a safe and developmental environment where the main participants receive the support and care they need to lead a meaningful life. The role also includes some practical and creative tasks, as well as contributing to the operation and development of the program. Challenging behaviors may occur, and we prefer candidates with experience in similar work. Start date: Immediately (the temporary position lasts for one year with the possibility of extension).
