Full-Time Position as Assembler at Cummins - Lindesberg

About the Position: We are looking for candidates who want to work as assemblers at our client Cummins Meritor in Lindesberg. As an assembler in the automotive industry, you will primarily mount wheel axles on heavy vehicles, working standing on a line in pairs. You may be placed in a specific department or rotate between different departments in the workplace. The work can vary depending on the department, but it includes production, assembly, monitoring and optimization of production processes, as well as maintenance of machines and equipment. The work can be both physically demanding and technically challenging, depending on the type of industrial job. We are always seeking candidates who can bring energy and a positive attitude to our clients. Work Hours and Information: The primary work shifts at our client include three shifts: day shift, evening shift, and night shift. We prefer candidates who are flexible and can work all shifts. We are looking for both full-time job seekers, and the position involves consultant assignments where you will be employed through Job&Talent. There are opportunities for direct employment with Cummins upon satisfactory performance. We offer GFL wages and follow the current collective agreement for the position. The position will start continuously throughout the autumn.
