Here, error reports, bookings, and inquiries related to comprehensive service are managed. About the Role As a helpdesk employee, you will be part of a professional team responsible for handling, preparing, and planning incoming cases within our customer delivery. The role offers variation and a high tempo, with a focus on top-quality service. * Examples of your main tasks: * Customer contact and support to employees * Register and classify error reports and orders in the case management system * Manage urgent cases * Follow up and close cases in the case management system * Continuously update tools and aids * Actively contribute to development and improvement work Qualifications You have experience and, above all, interest in working with data and case management systems, which will help you quickly familiarize yourself with our digital tools. Experience in gaming is seen as meritorious, as it often indicates good technical understanding and problem-solving skills. Since the role involves daily contact with colleagues, managers, customers, and suppliers, very good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, both verbally and in writing. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period, located in Solna. Working hours are during the day, on weekdays and weekends.
