HelloLilly Seeks Part-Time Career Coach in Malmö

We are a provider to the Swedish Public Employment Service, with the mission to support the unemployed towards jobs or studies and thus contribute to reducing unemployment in Sweden. We have existed for five years and have, thanks to our presence on social media, built a large and active community of job seekers. We interact daily with the target group of job seekers via social media and have millions of video views and thousands of comments each month. Since our operation started, we have built a community of over 100,000 followers on social media, and have had meetings with more than 3,000 employers. During the same period, we have completed over 2,500 matches where job seekers - mainly long-term unemployed - have been placed in employment through work or studies. About Your Role We believe that every individual has great potential; there is a job or education that suits everyone, it's just a matter of finding it! Your role as a coach is to map out, motivate, and coach our participants in their job search or educational choices. You will have guiding work routines, a wonderful team of colleagues, and a present manager who supports and trains you in your work. We are now seeking individuals who want to grow with our company and are interested in a part-time position, currently at 50%. About You We are looking for someone who wants to have fun at work, is efficient, thrives in a high-paced environment working towards set goals, and wants to be part of a growth journey! In this recruitment, we will conduct competency-based interviews to find our next career coach. To work as a coach in our program, you must meet one of the following: - College educated with at least 180 university credits and 2 years of work experience in any field.
