**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a nursing assistant at the short-term care facility Björkängen, you will perform care, rehabilitation, and service tasks for our clients. We work with the individual at the center, so it is important that you have a strong client perspective as well as excellent collaboration skills and flexibility, as the services provided and the flow of clients can vary. You will work based on implementation plans and ongoing documentation in our systems; therefore, good computer skills are an advantage.
At Björkängen, we have a strong team spirit and maintain close communication with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, making it essential that you are responsible and have a good ability to take initiative.
Weekend shifts mean that you will work every weekend, either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The hours are variable, and the working time is 27 hours per week. Workplace meetings, operational meetings, and other activities such as training will be scheduled during other times.
This position is a parental leave cover until September 2026. The short-term care facility is located in Sävsjö.
