Aleo Care in Österåker is seeking individuals with experience in care work who are looking for a meaningful and varied part-time job in home care. We are looking for dedicated employees who enjoy working independently and wish to contribute to the safety and quality of life for our clients. **Responsibilities - What will you do?**
You will assist clients with the help they are entitled to according to care decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks include:
• Personal hygiene – assistance with showering, bathroom visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – help with cooking, serving, and feeding when necessary.
• Supervision and companionship – creating security and contributing to the client’s social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support with changing clothes.
• Support in the home – for example, laundry and other daily chores.
• Emergency alarms – promptly responding to urgent needs from clients who have activated alarms. We work on behalf of Österåker municipality and are responsible for both routine home care tasks and handling emergency alarms between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM. This means a varied assignment involving both planned and more urgent interventions.
**Who are you?**
To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:
• Certification as a nurse aide – you are trained and experienced in your field. (Preferred)
• Fluent in Swedish – you have proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written and can document professionally.
• B driver's license – you are a safe driver and accustomed to navigating traffic. (Required)
• Stress-resistant and responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
• Independent – you thrive on working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Detail-oriented and responsible – you have a high awareness of quality and take responsibility for your work.
• Digitally skilled – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.
**Working hours and employment terms**
Service days: Saturday – Sunday. For this position, we offer a part-time employment on an hourly basis. Working hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Workplace: You will start from our office in Österåker, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
