The customer is involved in recruitment and the final selection of assistants. About the Position: We are now seeking a personal assistant for a 10-year-old boy near Ullared. Work Hours: 08:00-20:00 Saturday and Sunday Employment Level: As agreed/Extra as needed Start: Immediately As an assistant, responsibilities include helping the customer with all daily tasks, assisting with hygiene and care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs. We are looking for someone with experience working with children, especially with experience supporting children with special needs. It's important to be alert, physically active, maintain a playful spirit, and enjoy a high-energy environment. Position Description: The customer is an active 10-year-old who enjoys being outdoors. He has very limited communication but uses certain signs that can be understood with personal familiarity. He lives at home, and you will work independently in the family home or go on outings. There is a large dog and horses on the property, so it's important not to be afraid, and a clear advantage would be experience with horses/horseback riding as our customer has a pony he enjoys riding. Qualifications: Requirements: • Calm and clear in approach and communication • Very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing, as instructions about customer care will be given and received • Driver's license (B) • Experience with children Preferred: • Experience as a personal assistant • Experience working with children • Experience caring for children • Familiarity with sign communication (Reference: B66)
