Hello! Are you our new store manager in Linköping?
We are now looking for someone who has a passion for second-hand goods and for people making a transition to a better life.
You will have the opportunity to develop a store that has a large influx of clothing, items, and furniture, which also supplies two stores in Norrköping with goods.
You will work closely with two store managers in Norrköping, and together you will create the second-hand stores of the future. Your approach to meeting customers, ranging from trendy influencers to individuals facing economic hardship, is natural and close to your heart.
You will lead employees, work trainees, and volunteers to create an attractive store based on a set concept, where a pleasant and safe working environment is a given for you. You will resource-plan the operations based on the needs of the business. You are a responsive manager who fosters a high degree of participation among your employees.
You will be responsible for sales, production/storage, and transportation against budget and set goals, and you have the ability to focus on solutions.

Who are you?
You have at least one year of experience in a managerial position and experience in leading employees towards set goals. You have several years of experience in retail and warehouse work. You are a responsive manager who creates a high degree of participation among your employees. You possess good knowledge in trade, sales, finance, and administration. Post-secondary education in service and retail management, warehousing/logistics, leadership training, behavioral science, or what the employer considers equivalent.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Retail experience in second-hand.
- Experience in work integration and labor market issues.
- Experience in marketing and communication.
