About this opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Performance, Deployment, and Intelligence to lead our Product Line RAN Software team in Kista, Sweden. You will manage a team of 14 talented professionals, drive innovation, and ensure outstanding network performance. This role focuses on shaping technology strategies, delivering excellent results for our customers, and aligning our work with future network and product needs.
What you will do
• Lead and inspire a diverse team towards shared goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance network performance, spectrum efficiency, and energy efficiency.
• Oversee uplink/downlink optimization, traffic and mobility management, interference coordination, and carrier aggregation.
• Guide AI-driven RAN product strategies and performance benchmarking.
• Collaborate across teams and with customers to align technology plans with business needs.
• Ensure hardware and software developments are coordinated for long-term success.
• Represent the team in high-level discussions, influencing key decisions and fostering strong relationships.

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and large audiences.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to make and drive bold, well-informed decisions.
