We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager with strong relationship and business acumen, who will build and drive our global capital and advisor networks based in northwest Skåne. The role involves establishing, nurturing, and developing long-term relationships with investors, advisors, and business leaders, as well as creating meaningful meeting formats and collaborations that lead to tangible business benefits. You will be responsible for ensuring the network is vibrant, engaging, and results-oriented – focusing on creating measurable activation and value for participating companies.
The assignment includes planning and facilitating network meetings, matchmaking, and business encounters, collaborating with regional and international partners, and following up on results in terms of meetings, contacts, and collaborations. You will build trust through genuine relationships, curate and facilitate the right meetings between companies and investors, and create formats that inspire action. The role requires documented experience in network building at the management level, with an ability to create structure and momentum in business relationships.
Qualifications
• Experience in relationship and network building with investors, advisors, and business leaders nationally and internationally
• Experience in matching companies with the right contacts, e.g., investors
• Experience in the business sector
• Swedish and English proficiency in speech and writing
