With over 1,500 partners in Sweden, we continue to grow – and we are now seeking a structured, technical, and driven Hardware Specialist to join our team. **About the Role** As a Hardware Specialist at Qopla, you will play a central role in ensuring that our technical solutions operate flawlessly at our restaurant partners. You will work practically, technically, and logistically with hardware and operations. **Your main responsibilities:** - Prepare and configure hardware such as cash registers, express checkouts, tablets, printers, and payment terminals. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Windows and Android environments. - Ensure that our inventory is organized and that the right devices are always available. - Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and coordinate a smooth logistics flow. - Package, ship, and register hardware for customers. - Handle returns, incoming deliveries, and inventory management. - Contribute to improvements in our technical and logistical procedures. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has a good technical understanding and can troubleshoot basic issues in Windows and Android. - Is structured and organized, preferably with experience in inventory, logistics, or stock management. - Is meticulous and can maintain order even in a fast-paced environment. - Has a solution-oriented attitude – our starting point is always that problems can be solved. - Thrives in a role that includes both technical and practical elements. - Has experience in handling packages, deliveries, or warehouse work (preferred). **Requirements:** - Knowledge of Windows and Android. - Proficient in Swedish and English. - Ability to work in a structured and independent manner. **Preferred:** - Experience in warehouse administration or logistics. - Knowledge of Excel. **We offer:** - A dynamic and developing work environment in a growing tech company. - The opportunity to work with exciting technical solutions in food tech. - A dedicated team with strong camaraderie and high motivation. - A role where you can grow, influence, and help shape the future of restaurant solutions.
